Pastor Bolarinwa Bola-Ladejo is a devoted servant of Christ, business leader, entrepreneur, and mentor passionate about God, people, and purposeful leadership. He currently serves as Head of the Workers Directorate, Media Team, and Sons of Issachar, while providing administrative support across various ministry expressions.
Born on 22nd March, he gave his life to Christ in 2002 at Kingsway International Christian Centre, London, through the preaching of Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo. In 2004 he received a clear call into ministry with a burden to help people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and fulfil purpose. His ministry emphasises discipleship, leadership development, and raising believers grounded in God’s Word.
Academically, he holds a BSc in Business Economics & Management with Business Studies and an MSc in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, UK. He is also MCP and ISEB certified.
With 16+ years’ experience in management, technology, telecoms, and energy, he has led strategic initiatives in the UK and Nigeria. These include working with Tesco Telecoms UK’s Board on broadband, home phone, and VoIP rollout. He co-founded Anola Limited in 2003 with his wife, Minister Antoinette Bola-Ladejo, and serves as Executive Director of Chibol Integrated Services and promoter of Malu Specialist, a livestock fintech.
Guided by Deuteronomy 31:8, “The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you,” Pastor Bolarinwa remains committed to advancing God’s Kingdom and helping people discover purpose in Christ.
A committed family man, he is married to Minister Antoinette and they have a child. Family is his first ministry.
