Pastor Ali Peter David is a seasoned minister of the Gospel, teacher of God’s Word, and passionate advocate for evangelism and discipleship. He serves as an Associate Pastor at Hour of Liberty Fellowship, working closely with the leadership of the ministry to advance its vision of bringing hope, freedom, and transformation to lives and communities through the power of Jesus Christ.
Born on 24th November 1960 in Wuyaku, Hawul Local Government Area of Borno State, Pastor Ali encountered the saving grace of Jesus Christ on 28th April 1983 while studying at the University of Maiduguri. His conversion marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to Christ and a growing passion for ministry. In 1992, while serving with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), he received a clear divine call to full-time ministry, leading him to dedicate his life to serving God and His people.
Pastor Ali was formally ordained into pastoral ministry on 27th July 2002. Over the years, he has undergone extensive biblical and leadership training through institutions including Word of Faith Bible Institute, Christ the Redeemer Ministries, The Redeemer Christian Bible College, and CLAM International Word Academy. His ministry is characterized by a strong emphasis on prayer, evangelism, teaching, crusades, discipleship, and community outreach.
Academically, Pastor Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Science from the University of Maiduguri. His professional background includes service as an Assistant Narcotic Superintendent with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), where he developed valuable leadership and public service experience.
He remains deeply committed to raising godly families, strengthening believers in their faith, and reaching the lost with the Gospel of Christ. His guiding life principle is rooted in Matthew 6:33: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Pastor Peter Ali is married to Pastor (Mrs.) Ngozi Elizabeth, and they are blessed with two children.
